Quartz Composite Stone is primarily composed of natural quartz minerals. During the manufacturing process, quartz is crushed into particles of the desired size and mixed with resin to bind the raw materials together. The mixture is then compressed in molds under high pressure, while moisture and air are removed through a vacuum process. Afterward, the material is cut into slabs and polished to achieve the required surface finish and dimensions.

     Quartz stone offers numerous outstanding properties, including very low water absorption, a non-porous surface that prevents stains and dirt from penetrating, resistance to scratches, heat, chemicals, acids, and alkalis, as well as consistent colors and patterns throughout the slab.
